I used this motor in a 90mm edf fan using 6s 5000ma lipo and 80A esc. After 2 minutes of flight at only half throttle the motor quit.
it was extremly burning hot. It would turn but not run. acted like one set of windings gave out. There is no heatsink or cooling holes for this motor. Specs say ok for ducted fan power. Hi Model what do ypu know about this problem.

you did not burn windings, owerheat is can destroy magnet.
90mm? on 6S? did you try to measure Amps for that, I think it is way ower 61A max on this motor...

ask them for replacement magnet thrue the help desk.
and if you get it try to measure first,

it is 110A, more compatibile for 90mm
