This is the 150W discharge power version.

The Battery Meter/Balancer/Discharger is designed for Li-Polymer and Li-Fe battery, it can measure battery voltage precisely and execute balance work for series batteries, or for battery discharge for long time storage to avoid battery damaged. It can be used as a portable battery meter as it is lightweight, self-contained and with a large display. You can also bring the Balancer to the flying field for battery checking purpose.

The product balance function can allow battery execute balance function before/after charge and using(discharge), also can match-up market string voltage charger to execute devide voltage balancing function while charging.

I have an update on this nifty tool. The load imposed when balancing without the bulbs active is very low. It takes awhile to balance a good size battery, however you can set the discharge voltage minimum and using the discharge mode, which utilizes the bulbs, balance much quicker. If you set the discharge Vmin. to say 3.8 the unit will discharge all cells above 3.8. It continues to discharge the pack until all cells are 3.8 so in fact the discharge mode acts as a balancer. The bulbs activate whenever the voltage differential is above .02V. I recently discharged a 6s 3.3AH Lipo. from 4.2V per cell to 3.8 It took about 15min. I had a power meter hooked up and recorded peak amp draw of 12.7A at almost 300watts! not surprisingly The only problem is the bulbs blow. I need to find a solution to replace the bulbs with a resister. I bought 2 of these units and blew 3 bulbs already. locally they cost about $5ea so there in lies the problem. Overall I am verv happy with the unit.

Very nifty little tool. I fast charge my lipos at the field with a Mastech power supply and will use these to balance during the charge. I can see the status of all the cells at once. So far I have discharged using the 3 50 Watt bulbs which are controlled to light as many as needed depending on the load. I see they are not active during the balance function. Other than that it would be a five star review.
