I have 4 of these on a 600mm X frame with 9x4.7 props so far so good hovers at about 1/2 throttle. no complaints here. around 1250g all up weight.

I would have to say NO.. 2-3s means 2s to 3s not 4s. But if you like letting the magic smoke out of things you are welcome to give it a go.
