Just ran my new RCGF 20 cc for the first time. Cheated and used an electric starter to get the gas moving, opened the choke, hit the starter and it started very quickly. Didn't carefully adjust H/L needles, but just ran it ~ 1.5 turns out on each. Didn't tach it, ut idle was < 2K RPM and was smooth. It hand started with one flip after the initial start. Motor looks like a winner so far.
