The 168 Destroyer is belonging to the South China Sea fleet. This ship along with the NO 548 Frigate and “Dong Yun”No 615 ship have composed a fleet which visited Indonesia in August 1995 at the invitation of attending the “95 Indonesia International Fleet Inspection” event during the 50th anniversary in dependence celebration, for the Chinese navy, this is the first time to attend the International naval multilateral activities.
