Working but only in low light, outisde it's white washed, see nothing all is white and impossible to manage settings

recived this camera together with a 5,8ghz transmitter and a second
camera the small sony cam. This HD cam is faulty!!!!!
No signal output to the transmitter???? Poor cabeling!!!
