* They are from different factories.

* The T-CNRD10 is silver(female connector) and golden (male connector) plated according to factory.

* The DEAN10 is golden plated both for male and female connectors. (according to factory)

* The color of plastic part is bit of different, the DEAN10 is bit of darker compare to DEAN10. (* color may change from batch to batch)
