The 2312S Motor for Phantom 4  with counterclockwise threading (CCW) is for propellers that use the same rotational direction. The quadcopter has four motors total, two clockwise (CW) and two counter-clockwise (CCW). It is important to replace the motor with one of the same thread orientation to ensure the props do not come loose during flight.
