hi I has the same problem, an got mine ignition module changed.
and the engis start by hand very easely. se notification lelov.

Recall a batch twin ignition system
Quantity to about 1000 pcs , shipping time about , September 2010 ~ April 2011 Because program errors the ignition system of the batch Hand-start the engine will cause difficulties, They cant be hand started by flipping the prop as usual.Each one, if there is no problem using the starter or setting the timing at 34 degrees BTDC and they started perfectly.
If the hand is difficult to start the engine, please check to see if there are features The batch features are as follows Opened the ignition box bottom of the label, Open the bottom shell, speed RPM signal lines marked with white casing, It is possible in this batch
