IC engines apply all the power in one big hit, once per revolution. Electric motors apply power smoothly throughout each revolution. Props for IC engines need stronger hubs and roots to stand up to the big impulse loads. You can use these props on electric motors, but they won't be as efficient.

why are these for nitro, what's the difference? Prop goes around creates propulsion. Can someone please explain?
