When powering your video transmitter (VTX) with UBEC or other electronic devices, the high-frequency noises from upper stream electronic devices will cause interference to your VTX through the power supply, the LC filter is designed to purify the power source and filter out the interference to the VTX, hence increase the range and quality of signal.
