BEC function of the ESC can only be used under 3S or lower, the BEC function MUST be disabled when use with 3S Lipo above by removing the middle red wire of the signal wires of the ESC,otherwise will cause burnt of the BEC elements, you need a separate external UBEC unit or battery pack to power the servos.
