To thank all our old customers for their support to HiModel, we have worked out our reward policy and developed the customer account management system, the system classified customer accounts into 5 levels, which are STD (standard) , Silver, Golden, VIP and Banned.

The major factors when decide the level of your account are:
a. The total amount you have purchased;
b. The contribution you have made in promoting HiModle products or brand;
c. Understanding and cooperativeness to HiModel during the business, in other words, the degree of satisfaction over the past business experiences;
d. other factors.

Due to some reasons, we can statistic the total amount purchased for all online orders only currently, the orders you placed via E-mail, phone or FAX will not be counted towards the total amount purchased, and if or when your account is qualified to a higher degree will be the sole decision of HiModel, please do not contact us for upgrading the account.

The reward/discounts are:
a. Silver account 5% off and
b. Golden account 5%-10% off ( basically for electric accessories like motors, batteries, ESCs etc will apply 10%, and for kit or world famous or popular brands products will apply 5% discount)
The discount will be applied when we confirm your order.
c. the privileges for VIP account will be decided on case by case basis.
The discounts will not apply to promotion items or special offers except othwise stated.

The discounts only apply to RETAIL orders placed since now, not eligible for orders priviously placed.
