We received many enquiries from our customers, asking about the reason why parcels sent recently are taking a longer time in transaction than normal, especially for custoers from European countries, we also noticed this delay, once confirm with serveral shipping companies, it appears that the delay was caused by custom security inspection, most of the customs enhanced the security inspection especially in Germany due to the football world cup event, as Germany is the transaction center for European countries, and most of the parcels will be redistributed in Germany, that is why the parcels not only for Germany customers are affected but also for other EU customers.
We confirm it is extremely rare that the parcels can get lost during transaction, please be more patient in this duration.
