With the approaching of 2008 Olympic Games, China customs pay more attention to not only export items, but also import items/parcels, and even more strict on import parcels, as a result, most of parcels to China including returning items from our customers are held up at Chinese customs, and it is much much more complicated to get those parcels released from customs in this duration, so we are highly recommended our customers to hold on returning items before the completion of 2008 Olympics.
