Note:
1. For China Post Air Parcel, SAL and Surface Mail parcels,
some of the countries require the length of parcels must be
within 1.5 metre , and others require the parcels must be
wihin 1.05 metre, our Freight Calculation System will prompt
you the size limitation to a certain country.

for tracing the delivery of parcels shipped via DHL, and visit
http://www.ems.com.cn/qcgzOutQueryAction.do?reqCode=gotoSearchE
or your local website for EMS shipment. Parcels shipped via
other methods are not traceable.
3. Freight for DHL Express are charged based on DIMENSIONAL
WEIGHT.
4. Due to the high probability of get lost or damaged for
parcels shipped via China Post (Universal Postal Union), and
the complexity of claim for compensation when parcels lost
or damaged, we highly recommand you do not use Post Office
as shipping method, especially for high value orders. |
