We will accept defective merchandise that was purchased from Hi Model for refund, repair or exchange under the following conditions: Merchandise muse be returned within 60 days of purchase. We do not accept returns via COD or billed to Hi Model in any way. The merchandise must be in its original package. Do not write anything on the package. All returns must include a copy of the original packing list that came with your shipment. For merchandise that is not defective, you will be charged a re-stocking fee which will be less than or equal to your original order's shipping/handling cost. You must include a note with the reason for return or exchange or we will not process your return. Defective merchandise will be repaired, replaced or refunded at the manufacturer's or our discretion. |
