Once you make your payment via Paypal, the paypal server will notify our system automatically immediately after you complete the transaction.
To avoid accidental errors between the communication of paypal server and ours, the final payment result will be manually double checked, we will formally confirm receipt of your payment once we double check, but our staff are not working 24 hours a day, and transactions effected outside working hours can only be checked and confirmed in the next day, that is why you see the system still shows 'Payment due is awaited' before we manually confirm the payment.
You should receive an auto e-mail once we confirm the payment, but as e-mails are not very reliable and may be recognised as SPAM some time, it is highly recommended to log into your account at HiModel to check the status of your order. Please feel free to submit a ticket if you do not receive the confirmation after 24 hours since you make the payment online via Paypal.
