The “Huai Nan ” Friagte is belonging to the East China Sea fleet. This ship along with the NO 168 destroyer and “Dong Yun” NO 165 ship have composed a fleet which visited Indonesia in August 1995 at the invitation of attending the “95 Indonesia International Fleet Inspection” event during the 50th anniversary independence celebration, for the Chinese navy, this is the first time to attend the International naval multilateral activities.
